O-SCO Construction and Facilities Management strives to satisfy the consumer's needs from construction of new facilities, remodeling existing facilities, and providing the day-to-day maintenance repairs of those facilities. The Construction division has completed projects throughout the Southeastern United States and Puerto Rico. The logistics to get the right suppliers or subcontractors to the project is the key to completing projects outside of our immediate region. The Facilities Management Division has taken that concept and extended our services throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
